You have the right to delete your account as and when you require, unless in case a payment issue or a fraudulent matter appears.
If you are an event attendee or someone who uses Confexhub events, we collect additional data from your end such as your name and contact information. This additional data is mostly used for our own purposes.
If you are receiving event invitations or information emails for an authorised third-party platform, we will notify you in the email that it is being sent by us. The data may be stored in our system and our authorised provider’s system. You can at any point unsubscribe directly from such mails or contact the us directly to delete your data. If you contact us, we may remove or update your information within a reasonable time.
Data We Automatically Collect
When you visit our website(s), login or purchase from our website, we, or third parties on our behalf, automatically collect and store information about your device and your activities. When an individual purchase a ticket for an event or other services from us, their personal data like name, email id and purchase information is shared within the organisation or external authorised third-party providers for coordination purposes.

To support our business we also allow third party advertisements on our website.
